• Sleep on your back.
• Don’t shake too much salt on your food.
• Give your puffy eyes the freeze. Try a frozen gel mask or dip a cotton ball into ice cold water and apply to lids for 5 minutes.
• Store your eye creams in the fridge so they are cold when applied.
• Home remedies include- a cold potato, cucumber or strawberry slice applied to the eyes.
• Always wash your face before bed and remove eye makeup completely.
• Make sure it is not a skin care product that is causing the puffiness.
